Chinese Real Estate Websites Experienced Slow Development in Q4 2016

Data from iUserTracker shows that in Q4 2016, real estate websites had 170 million unique visitors (UVs) on PC in China, falling 5.5% from the previous quarter and decreaing 1.4%  from a year earlier. The number of UVs decreased on PC in Q4 2016 under the influence of the cooling real estate market in China. 
Data from iUserTracker show that in Q4 2016, visits to real estate websites on PC were 2.09 billion, decreasing 13.3% from the previous quarter and up 2.0% from a year earlier.And visits per visitor were 12.3, decreasing 8.2% versus the previous quarter and up 3.4% compared with the same period of the previous year. Visits decreased seasonally in each Q4. Despite the shrinking of visits on PC, visit demand among existing visitors showed no obvious fluctuation. 

Data from iUserTracker show that in Q4 2016, page views (PVs) of real estate websites on PC were 6.66 billion Yuan, falling 13.1% versus Q3 and down 14.3% from a year earlier. The PVs per visit were 3.2 in Q4, the same as that in Q3, but decreased by 16.0% versusthe same period of the previous year.
