iResearch holds the opinion that the growth was can be attributed to business expansion of the companies in the sector and rising of average revenue per employer. As online recruitment of core companies reached second- and third-tier cities and blue collar workers, number of employers on online recruitment platforms increased significantly. Meanwhile, online recruitment platforms expanded their business from recruitment to wider range of HR services including assessment and HR outsourcing, thus the average revenue per employer of online recruitment platforms also increased.
