The revenue of China’s online advertising market hit 93.96 billion Yuan in Q3 2017, with a QoQ growth of 9.0% and a YoY growth of 28.8%.On the whole, online advertising market was growing steadily and advertisers increased a lot in budget in the second half of 2017. As festivals like National Day Holiday, Double Eleven and Christmas fall in Q4, it is predictable that online advertising revenue in Q4 has a huge growth potential.
In Q3 2017, e-commerce advertising took up 29.8% of China’s online advertising market, up 4 percent versus the same period last year. News feed advertising with high growth accounted for 17%. Search advertising occupied 23.2% of the market, shrinking slightly compared with the previous quarter. Influenced by huge increase in e-commerce advertising, the share of search advertising will decrease in Q4.
